Poor Quality for the Price Paid.

Bought a Wisteria Amethyst Falls potted shrub from QVC, on arrival it looked to be in poor condition so it will need to be well looked after for it to thrive. On reflection for the money that I paid along with expensive P&P I would have been better off going to my local garden centre where they were cheaper and in much better condition. Lesson Learned.

Qvc don't like truths

I bought a product from QVC, I have bought it for years from them as well as the supplier. Unfortunately the product, a moisturiser has gone through a change in formula which has brought out spots and blotches on my skin and looking at its reviews on other sites other peoples too. So I wrote an honest review saying its a shame this has happened, and guess what? The review was rejected!!!!! I wasn't rude or obscene just saying it what a shame after all these years of buying this product and how sad I was. Oh dear QVC can't stand the truth, this may have helped people and it wssnt even against you!!!!!

Do not credit you for returned parcels

Do not credit you for returned parcels, despite providing proof. Had to pay £100’s on credit card due to items they’ve received, not being credited. When you send proof of postage, they ask for something else. Rang 4 times about the same thing plus numerous emails. Only had to return due to poor quality, have spent £1000’s with them over the years. Don’t value their customers.

Seems my review has disappeared....YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY SEPARATE PACKAGE RETURN FEE. PUT ALL IN THE SAME PARCEL, WITH ALL PAPERWORK, RECORDED DELIVERY, AND YOU ARE COVERED BY POST OFFICE. THEY HAVE CHEAPEST INSURANCE, THAT ONLY COVERS FOR ONE PACKAGE IN A PARCEL, CHEAP INSURANCE, AND PASS THE COST TO YOU!!HAVING TO DO A DISPUTE, AS CONFIRMATION OF A REFUND, HAS NEVER MATERIALISED. STAFF THET ARE NOT SELLERS, DO NOT GIVE A RATS, AND ARE NOT FIT TO ANSWER CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, OH SORRY, SERVICE, HA!AGREE ABOUT THE ELECTOROL RUBBISH, AND HOW IF THE COMPUTER SAYS NO. IF YOU NEED TO SPREAD A PAYMENT, YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT.SIMPLES.

Very disappointed

It was my first order with QVC, bought two Dysons hand held, but after 11 days I called QVC and they said it has been lost within Hermes warehouse, now I have to wait till the 25th of January for the new stock to arrive, adding an insult to injury QVC has cancelled my £5 voucher for being a new customer as it look they treat me now as an old customer, this is far from professional QVC, not happy at all, I think QVC deserve a zero star but trustpilot is not allow me to do it

Never ever again

Never ever again! Still waiting for my Ninja Foodi Max 7.5L Multi-Cooker which was not cheap! My advice - go to a more reliable retailer!

Buyer beware!

Warning:- If you purchase something from QVC and decide to return within the cooling off period not only will you have to pay the return postage but also a fee just for them to receive it back.Amazon from now on!

30 minutes in a basket for on air items is a joke!

Finding it very difficult to purchase on air items at the moment with other customers being able to leave things in their baskets for 30 minutes.I genuinely wanted to purchase something last night,but it was showing out of stock.This morning it's showing in stock but not on the 3 easy payments that it was while on air!.This was an expensive item so I won't be purchasing now.A few minutes for an on air item to be in a basket is sufficient.Not half an hour!

Warm cuddle

I purchased two teddy fleece bed sheets from cozzee home WOW like getting in bed with a warm cuddle, best sheets I've bought in a while, thanks Pat long.
